About me:

Hi, I'm Alicia Buck and I hold a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counseling Provisional Designation with the Canadian Professional Counsellor's Association.


Anxiety Counseling

I specialize in Anxiety and Somatic Therapy.  My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that work with clients always moves at their pace. Somatic work bridges the connection between mind and body to release stored tension and process emotions where they live in the physical self.  I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies to manage your anxiety.

Depression Counseling

When you’re in the thick of depression, finding a way out can feel impossible. I’m here to sit with you and help you navigate the way forward. Through gentle, collaborative, and evidence-based therapies, we will work at your pace to move through the heaviness, rebuild your resilience, and get you to a place where you can truly thrive again. 

Trauma Counseling

Trauma can leave you feeling stuck in the past, constantly on edge, or deeply disconnected from your own body. It’s not just a memory; it’s something your nervous system carries every day. Together, we will create a safe, unhurried space to gently process these experiences at your own pace. By listening to what your body needs and hearing your story, we can work to release the grip of the past, helping you return to a place of safety, ease, and wholeness on the other side. 

Grief Counseling

Grief is not a problem to be solved or a task to be checked off; it is a profound reflection of love. Whether your loss is fresh or carries the weight of many years, there is no right or wrong way to feel. Together, we will build a soft landing place to hold whatever comes up—the sadness, the anger, the numbness, or the confusion. I am here to walk alongside you, supporting you in carrying this heavy weight entirely on your own timeline, until you find a way to weave this loss into your story and discover a renewed sense of peace and strength.
